Worst Company EVER

Pros

Nothing, this by FAR is the absolute WORST company to work for. I am STUNNED and SICKENED by their work environment and lack of SIMPLE respect for their employees.

Cons

Senior Management all the way up to the VP here expect you to be a pretty female, (number 1) and get your sales by flirting or being unethical towards clients. They make sexual comments to most the females here who sit there and take it in stride. (I'm assuming they keep their mouths shut to pay the bills) These emails that they send out are read company-wide. So, If your a male, good luck getting hired (unless for a management position) and if your female strongly consider what your willing to endure for a measly 30,000. Sick environment.

I was saddened and surprised to read the recent posting by a “current” employee, although no current employees fit the exact description mentioned in the posting. I was surprised as this is not representative of our current employees’ opinions, and I am saddened as this website is the initial means of communicating job dissatisfaction. It is our policy to have a harassment-free work environment, and we do not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, ethnic origin or any other non-job performance related basis. We have more female managers than male managers in this company. In addition, we have managers and employees from a wide variety of races, religions and ethnic origins. Further, we offer an excellent service at a fair price and do not need to resort to “flirting or being unethical” to attract new customers. I encourage this employee and any other employee with concerns to please let me know some specifics and show me any offensive emails or other evidence they have. I will immediately address the issues. Joe Beverly, President From Erin Leming, Human Resources Manager, Corporate Payroll Services: Our objective is to offer a harassment-free and diverse work environment for our employees. It is not our policy to engage in any kind of illegal discrimination. Any employee with a question or who wants to discuss a possible disregard of this objective should see their manager or may contact me. In addition, they may contact the president of the company directly with any concerns or issues.
