      Pros

      High ownership and autonomy - we're building as we go. Genuine feedback culture with lots of accountability. Smart, driven team with some of the best colleagues I've worked alongside - the talent bar is high! Impressive and open leadership team. Fast moving company - if you enjoy ambiguity, problem solving and a real opportunity to have impact then Partly is for you.

      No cons - we move ultra fast and expectations are high which is not for everyone.

      Pros

      - First principle, you won't be doing something you don't think it's going to work eventually. Discussion and sometimes candid conversation is well welcomed. - Freedom & responsibility, you are given a lots of ownership very early on(in fact everyone does have ESOP) - The Christchurch HQ is great, snacks + drinks + tap beer + electronic standing desks.

      Cons

      - There's a lot of works, like, a lot, you don't need to overwork everyday (most people don't), but it's expected sometimes when things needs a push.
