      Culture of rolling up sleeves. Leaders and teams work side-by-side to get things done. The business is growing quickly which means there are plenty of opportunities for impact. The work is complex and often time sensitive so there are peaks and valleys in how busy things are. The team is talented and committed Lots of interesting and complex problems to solve across product, tech, and operations Fulfilling work in an industry going through meaningful transformation Talented, committed team that cares about the mission

      Fast growth often results in resource and prioritization challenges. Some of the processes are still maturing. Change is constant which can be exciting with right mindset but also requires adaptability.
