Great company culture across the board, great incentives, lots of inclusion and extremely competitive salary and commission structure compared to a lot other companies within this space. Two office locations in the UK + home working which is flexible

Cons

Could do with wider variety of free food in the kitchen!

Customer feedback is awesome and makes me very happy to come to work. Other teams inside PICS help me to help my customers , a real company effort. Great Support by the new business development team to help me open new accounts. Company growing beyond forecasts and investing in new global sites, people and products Perfect balance between office & remote working.

Can't think of any. PICS has looked after me.
