During my time there was alot of redundancy periods (every year I was there for 2 years) which lead to doubt of job security. They switch from 2 days to 3 days mandatory to be in the office and the loss of flexibility was lost. Sometimes communication was not great, from both management and colleagues.

Middle management at this company is shockingly poor. Many managers are more focused on self-promotion and maintaining appearances than supporting their teams. They often advance their own interests at the expense of others, creating a toxic and unsupportive environment. Upper management is aware of these issues but shows little interest in addressing them or making meaningful improvements. Unsurprisingly, a number of employees have left the company citing the same concerns.
