      Pros

      Friendly team, lots of people who are very good at what they do. When the culture is good, it's great. Mixed bag of clients, some can be quite fun to work on.

      Cons

      No support from management. Poor career progression. Encouraged working overtime. Poor compensation - mentality of, "We don't want people who are only here for money". Internal politics and "family" vibe are hard to deal with. Always on a shoestring budget. Lack of transparency and gossiping from management. Extremely poor communication from managers.

      Interesting work but 'family vibe' can be difficult to navigate

      Friendly team Great place to learn a variety of skills and pick up new ones Diverse clients across a range of industries Lots of fun work trips!

      Cons

      Sometimes the family vibe they enforce doesn't work for them, as senior management can feel quite gossipy Workloads are very heavy, with a lot of people doing the job of many people Salaries are below market rate, while the company justify this by the type of clients it doesn't add much incentive to stay and progress
