      Pros

      Pros: Great team environment with supportive coworkers. Strong opportunity to develop prospecting, communication, and sales skills. Meaningful product and mission. Clear performance metrics and valuable experience working with CRM tools, outbound outreach, and cross-functional teams.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for career growth or advancement. Limited professional development, and it can feel difficult to progress beyond the BDR role.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and people. Great benefits (for example they pay 100% of the monthly Healthcare premiums), PTO, etc. Managers are great, people are respected. You have a voice on your team. Fully remote! But you can go into the office if you want, it has great snacks. Love it here.

      I can't think of any cons. People stick around.
