      Great colleagues hindered by poor leadership and instability

      Pros

      Lots of genuinely good, nice, and hard working people.

      Cons

      Leadership is a total mess, CEO pivots on the whim of the board, sales leadership has failed to meet goals year after year, they have replaced the person in charge a few times of the entire sales org over the last few years. Small siloed layoffs are happening currently because sales can't hit their revenue goals, yet nobody in sales is getting the boot which is ironic. Everyone also relies on AI to code, and there's a lot of vibe coding going on.

      Pros

      A Great place to start your career in terms of Civil Engineering and understanding the construction industry in multiple countries. The team is super helpful and engaging because it's made up of recent graduates. The fact that a large part of the team is based in Bosnia, the UK, and the US helps a lot with exposure and communication. Work can become hybrid, further opportunities exist internally, and the pay is significantly better than most Construction firms, which pay you initially in the local market.

      Cons

      I understand that the opportunity itself can become a bubble because it's so comfortable, and that it differs from the generic construction industry in Pakistan and globally. You should understand you're moving into Construction Management and Technology from here, which can be a field change for you.
