      Pros

      The Open Polytechnic is a great place to work. The flexibility makes it easy to balance life and work, and the staff support is excellent. There’s a really positive culture, and I genuinely enjoy being part of the team.

      Pros

      Can work remotely. Creative outlet, real opportunity to create a positive learning experience.

      Cons

      We don't use creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, etc to create engaging elements for courses, as all DX is outsourced to another dept. This might be a positive to some.
