      Cons

      A lot of work and high expectations, which means people are good at what they do and there are a lot of opportunities for growth. This isn't a place to coast.

      Pros

      Impressive, driven and high performance team on a real mission to win. People across the business are talented and ambitious as well as kind and supportive. Standards and expectations across the business are high and continue to be raised with new talent joining. The CEO leads by example, always motivating and driving the team forward. Office in London has great views and is well stocked with snacks. Flexible working and working from abroad is also a plus, making for good work life balance.

      Cons

      High performance culture is not for everyone. You need to be on your game. This is not the place for coasters.

      Employee benefits are not as good as some other tech startups.

      Hi! Thanks for leaving a note. We love the friendly, collegiate vibe in our team – and we are all about flexibility. In addition to our hybrid office/WFH policy, we also have a Work From Anywhere policy and we’re piloting Meeting Free Wednesdays. You are adults, so you should be treated as such! We’re working on augmenting our benefits this year but it’s true we may not be able to compete with some companies that are farther along in their startup journey. We do, however, offer a chance to be a part of a great social mission in building this company and our products & services to provide increased financial resilience to gig economy workers.
