      The company strives to generate a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing, so employees are collaborative in general. Professional development is possible, and there is flexibility to propose ideas.

      Cons

      Office is open but most of employees don't work there. There are some events that a few more employees participate, but still most employees work remotely in general.

      I have had a fantastic experience at Onetree. The autonomy, training, work-life balance, and positive coworkers made it a truly enjoyable workplace. Highly recommend!

      It would be great to meet in person coworkers from other countries.
