      Management is transparent, communicative, and innovative. Exceptional culture, people are trusted and autonomy is encouraged. Collaborative team atmosphere, One Modelers are always willing to lend a hand. Hardly any employee turnover, same with customer churn.

      Cons

      Being globally dispersed can be challenging at times.
