As a remote-friendly business from day one, our team is more distributed but that gives us the ability to draw talent from anywhere, a major plus in building the team. Offleash has the best people in the business, period. Great culture, very generous perks like unlimited time off and a wellness stipend. The opportunity to learn and grow is vast, and it's just a fun place to work!

Cons

Clients can be demanding and the technology is often times complex. But this is an industry standard and not a criticism of Offleash.
