Senior managers are approachable and always willing to step in and help; they not just names and faces in meetings. There is a wonderful mix of long service and newer staff, which brings an energy & enthusiasm into the office. Everyone is willing to share their knowledge and help each other. During my time at OGL, I’ve been given many opportunities to grow and develop new skills - sometimes in directions I wouldn’t have considered. I genuinely wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that there’s never such a thing as a quiet work day.

We are proud of our low staff turnover and high retention rate (over 60% of staff have been with us for more than 5 years, and an amazing 42% have been with us for more than 10 years!).
