We have worked hard to make sure we have a culture where our people are trusted to do the right thing and use their judgement. Where they will have choices around how they work, how their career develops, and how their rewarded. In terms of your cons we were never bought out by Three so not sure why you feel that was the case? We hope your career is going well.
