Very weak management Minimally inclusive to new staff members Must fit in with the in crowd Must conform to strict rules like where to place the items in your operatory with minimal counter space to work with No sinks in the rooms to wash hands No confidentiality when speaking to office manager about a problem

Terrible management Policies are always changing, they can never decide what to do Micro-managing Company is money hungry They try too hard, and it shows. They need to relax and act like a dental office, not a shopping center. They also require masks but one of the ladies higher up never wears a mask.
