Technology has potential but a little janky. No room for promotions, management picks favorites. Rude clients. Consistent layoffs, lack of job security. It was a cool environment for a bit. Definitely tech bros vibes of work hard play hard. They down sized once unexpectedly which put a crunch of the remaining team. Then Kraken bought them. And they’ve some layoffs since then. Then repost the position for less money.

It seems once the entry level employees get a promotion to a team leader some type of supervisory role, if you're not in your young twenties they don't understand you. And that's not good because they will report they cannot talk to you even though verbal communication is what we were all hired to do. Always posting for the same position every few months it's just lots of turnover and everyone has seen it, don't know if it's changed cuz I was walked out the door when I got released. And that was in less than 3 months.
