Pros
* Very flexible with working around a students schedule * Decent career growth, especially early on if you do not have much experience * Everyone is really friendly!
Cons
* As a working student engineer, growth as an engineer was not as heavily prioritized. I was not able to shadow engineers, have more consistent 1:1's with other engineers to be able to see where I can grow, etc.

- Remote - Great WLB - Flexibility, can balance work with school - Great people - Ease of entry, especially for college students looking to get experience - Free trip to Berlin annually
Cons
- Based in Germany, with German hours, and German salaries - For workers in foreign countries, technically you're a self employed contractor, which might change your tax rate - Can be slow to pay invoices
