Pros

Whether you are joining this company from a prior sales environment or not at all- just like me, I will give you one advice - make sure you really take in the provided initial and ongoing training. Even though now I moved to another company, I can tell you that I STILL rely on the practical sales techniques I have obtained and practiced there. I considered the training top of the industry from what I ve seen elsewhere in Bratislava. To be honest, you are the only one that can decide for yourself to either learn and develop your personality or quit after few weeks of the learning process. It is not all rainbows and butterflies, however, once you get through only the first 3-4 weeks of a few challenging calls, the job becomes really enjoyable and not to forget - GREAT money coming in! You'll get used to that really easily, trust me. Thanks to the creative PRODUCTION, MARKETING & MANAGEMENT, there is constantly lots of deals in the event pipeline!

Cons

You might want to know that there is nothing like food vouchers nor gym/wellness benefits, INSTEAD you get real great monthly salary, which worked for me, personally, better!

Pros

I really liked the structure for the personal development growth, because one of my biggest motivation to work for Nextlevel was my growth as a sales person. - clear career growth opportunities - being able to influence my own paycheck - opportunity to travel from time to time - getting deep insights in pharma and medical device industry - constant progress as a sales person + training - teambuildings :) - great CEO and Managing Director - 2 Australian guys - amazing small group of people from all over the world - great international environment - young environment - learning the sales game and understand the basics of B2B selling was huge to me - you're responsible for your own results - that's a great preparation if you some day want to become an entrepreneur - ability to motivate and speak in front of a group - ability to hire people, conduct interviews via phone and face to face - training people and watching them grow is great once you hit senior level

Cons

- in sales, there are lot of ego's combating each other, and no one wants to admit that they are wrong, which often created a tense and not productive atmosphere in a sales team - some people didn't follow the standard process and nothing happened, which was demotivating for others - too much internal politics between sales people and sort of a power struggle, which didn't make sense to me and it was a huge turn off - training people that shouldn't be hired in the first place is a huge waste of time - sometimes you'll have to work different hours - 11 - 8 PM- since you'll be working on American events, and I didn't enjoy that because for a few months you'll have no social life, because you'll be left with no energy at the end of the day. Especially if there's a period of 6 moths, where you have to do this, it's a reason to consider switching job. But for some people it works, so that's just a personal opinion.

Pros

Its been my pleasure to have worked for this company. I have spent over 4years here and experienced various positions within the organization. Both the environment and the work itself are very pleasant as long as you are willing to put the sufficient level of effort in. You will learn an incredible array of transferable skills, which will come more than handy once you move on from here. Again, I want to emphasize that you need to work hard! You will be provided with some excellent sales training but you need to work on yourself too. The management have greatly improved their attitude towards their employees in the last years and are truly open-minded to new suggestions and feedback. I also want to highlight the social aspects of work. You will have loads of fun both at work(as long as things get done of course) and at team-building activities too. Its a true family atmosphere. My advice to you would be to make the most out of every moment as they will be more than useful in your professional future. The more you learn the more you will be able to utilize in the future.

Cons

You will need to get used to hearing rejection from your prospects.
