If you’re ok with taking advantage of old people for products that may or may not be of high quality, and are ok with getting pressured into slimey sales tactics for third party offers, then take the job. It’s quite easy.

Bad ethical standards throughout the whole company. Sleight of hand on the deals of the contract. Read contract carefully.

A great work from home opportunity. Set your own schedule. Staff is very understanding if something happens and you can't work. Support staff is the best in the industry

You are just a number, they cut you off without notice. Too many people so when It’s time to pick your hours, you don’t get what you need, you get scraps.

Make your own schedule, talk to real people when you need help, very understanding if life happens, amazing opportunities to make more on your check, easy to set up , plentiful hours, never boring, Great pay (you may not think so but you ABSOLUTELY can make phenomenal money!!! Fun, enjoyable to work with all different people and make friends while doing its just a great place to work

Off the top of my head, I think when I started they don't tell you to work as much as you can to bring up your percentage so that the calls pick up because your just starting so the more work the more calls you get but you got to put in a little bit of time to take calls learn the system & work through the kinks but that is the only thing I can think its just amazing to work for

Only good thing is that it’s work from home and you get to pick the hours you want to work.

Training is Unpaid and not enough time, repetition or decent training is given to do the work! They wait until the Last Day of Training to teach you the most Important Things You Need to Know, which leaves you Unprepared to be on your own. They constantly tell you that you have a Lot of Support, but when you need it, it’s not there for you and you’re left Flailing in a panic! You can’t get a hold of Anyone in management when you need them. No phone number for the employees to call for help! Everything is done through email and apparently No One reads their emails or communicates with Anyone! They Stress that communication is Important, but they themselves have a Big Problem with Communication! I tried working on 2 different campaigns, thinking that maybe the second one would be a better experience, but I was Dead Wrong. I definitely would not recommend working for this company. They are Not Organized at all!!

It has memory games to learn the basic material. I learned how to NOT manage a company from them.

Basically everything else at this job. Bad management, No accountability, Low Pay, High Turnover Rate, No Proper Training, Poor time management, Lack of access to help, Not updating the manual while verbally adding to the manual without discussion with one another, poor communication between basically everyone including managers and higher-ups, lack of preparation for new recruits.... just terrible experience overall. Literally the worst company I've ever experienced.

-Culture is very warm and family like -Compensation is extremely competitive -Culture starts from the top down - Teddy is the most hands on, thoughtful, and open CEO I've ever met in my career and each rung down the ladder mirrors his willingness to succeed, drive to make everyone around him better, and nimbleness to get the job done in all facets -Progressive company structure with traditional roots -Work-life balance is unmatched -The people here truly care about one another The company is truly unlike anything I've ever seen before, I've never been happier and motivated to do my part to the absolute best of my ability.
