I have been given exposure to many different business lines that allow me to learn how multiple business process and different aspects of technical and operational accounting. The growth of the company and the bank has allowed me to assist in enhancing the accounting processes. Those who perform well are rewarded in line with their performance. Many roles are remote and all others are hybrid.

Cons

It is a true high performance culture which allows you to drive your own value. This leads to healthy competition. Those who are looking for a typical 9 to 5 will be compensated accordingly. Some do not like the remote work approach.
