Pros

The people on the ground are the heart of this company. They're hardworking, supportive, and bring genuine integrity to what they do. There are so many talented and dedicated individuals whose efforts deserve far more recognition and support than they receive.

Cons

Management was, in my experience, completely disconnected from the realities of the job of the people they "lead", and made it abundantly clear that employees were viewed as nothing more than numbers. Goals and expectations were constantly changed without warning, while more and more responsibilities were added with little regard for workload or wellbeing. The daily culture was driven by constant pressure, intimidation, bullying, and completely unprofessional behaviour from managers, with disrespectful comments and scare tactics becoming a daily occurrence. It the most demoralising working environment I've ever experienced. Avoid at all costs, they will suck the life from you, take everything you have, then disregard you without a second thought.
