Catered lunch daily. Good health insurance.

Cons

No diversity & inclusion for anyone that is not Chinese, No work-life balance, constant micromanagement from leadership, 9/9/5 culture, mentally absent & checked-out managers, constantly change of priorities, no praise when OKRs were surpassed.
