      Pros

      I've worked for NetDebt for 9 years and what a Pride filled 9 years it has been! Our Core Values start from the examples led by our Executive Team and trickles down to each and every associate. I've been in the workforce for a long time, this company truly believes that our success starts with the morale of it's employees and proves that notion day in and day out by the incentives that are provided on a regular basis.

      Pros

      Fun work enviroment, helping people get out of debt. You end up working with people who become your friends. Management does weed out those who do not help out others.

      Cons

      New clients who do not listen when they enroll, they think this will be done over night. Angry clients who expect you to do everything for them. Health insurance is not that great.
