1. Hiring the best people + supporting them to thrive! I've never worked with a smarter, more fun and engaging group of people. 2. Mission! Ensuring people have access to things that actually make them healthier? Amazing.
Cons
1. See each other more often! I love working remotely and being a remote-first company, but it is nice to see each other IRL too. We have done quarterly meetings and am excited to continue doing those.

Thank you for the review! We hear you on the IRL team time and are working diligently to ensure we continue prioritizing our quarterly meetings!
No exaggeration, this company is filled with people who are friendly, smart, and poses very high EQ. Leadership practices and encourages wellness at all levels of the company. We are building a product from the ground up. New challenges each and every day. Challenges can be frustrating at first, but they are challenges that I am very proud of solving. Tons of growth! I am encouraged and guided by my manager to shoot for the stars, in terms of career and engineering interests. We are a remote-first company and we build our culture from that perspective. We get together periodically in coworking spaces and have dinners.
Cons
We scramble a lot in engineering. Unfortunately, it is the nature of building the system from the ground up. Definitely be aware of this and take rests often.

We couldn't do it without our rockstar engineering team!! Very grateful for the brilliant minds and incredible people who are building the foundation of our product!
- The company mission is one upheld in every decision made - This mission also translates to the culture and values at Ness - The company truly cares about their employees
Cons
I honestly don't have any -- I love that Ness is remote first, the only downside is not seeing everyone in person as much, but I like being able to be remote as a default.

We appreciate the review! Totally agree—our annual Nessfests are great for in-person time, but we wish we could see our fully-distributed team IRL more often!
