      Great culture and salary for new grads

      Pros

      Join through BA program, great cohort, great mentors, amazing colleages. Good culture. Leave the company to study abroad, I still miss my team and the team culture as it's harder to find job abroad with warm welcoming culture like this. Salary is very good for new grad.

      Pros

      Great learning environment with supportive teammates and mentors. I had the opportunity to work on real-world data engineering tasks, improve my SQL and Python skills, and gain hands-on experience with modern data tools. The team encourages learning and knowledge sharing, making it a good place for interns to grow.

      Cons

      As an intern, the learning curve can be steep at the beginning, especially when working with new technologies and understanding existing data pipelines. Some documentation could be more detailed to help new team members onboard more quickly.
