Pros

Decent pay and bonuses. Good teammates.

Cons

Very poor managers that show favoritism and talk behind everyone's back. Jobs are constantly shifted around and workload is way too much. Burnout is very real here and no one listens to reason.. just get it done.

Great pay and benefits due to the union fighting for employees. Has potential to be great.

Cons

Lack of communication when it comes to department re-structuring. Company management has favored departments. Treating employees as liabilities instead of assets. Lack of support and transparency from all levels of management.
