      - Great opportunity to work with an amazing product

      Cons

      -Worst management you could imagine. If you want to be under appreciated, ignored, under valued and talked down to then the sales team is where you want to be. - Lots of turn over and by now their toxic reputation is definitely public - Awful office - Inexperienced management.

      Benefits, Nice Office and for the most part a good team in the NGINX Core

      Cons

      F5 Acquisition caused a downward spiral in company culture, Regular internal disputes and lack of guidance. I left on good terms as have many of the original team in EMEA and the US. I enjoyed most of the time at NGINX but the future looks stressful and uncertain for remaining staff.

      Good product Nice coworkers in Cork

      Cons

      Terrible management in the sales department in Cork ( This does not include customer success or marketing). The level of attrition confirms this, so many people in sales have left and currently people talking about how unhappy they are in the job. I will agree with previous reviews on the website, stating that management is borderline abusive, creating a hostile environment.
