      Pros

      So many pros. If I ever leave the company, I'll be sure to list them here. But for now - I wake up every day excited to work. The people here are just unfathomably kind and the owner cares deeply about her employees. The work is great and keeps you on your toes. Culture is above and beyond.

      Not many. Maybe an increase in diversity in certain departments.

      Love working with the other employees. Always growing and expanding the scope of our client work. Coworkers are always willing to help.
