      flexible schedule, air conditioned, easy work, can wear headphones, phone usage allowed

      Cons

      no incentive to work harder, throws lunches monthly instead of raises, if you're good at your job good luck switching departments, no room to move up, definitely favoritism

      Cool year round. Yearly raises. Yearly Bonuses. If you make shipment you get catering each month.

      Cons

      Cater to 1st shift way too much! No way to advance if they like you in that particular position.
