      Great culture and time off, but unrealistic timelines

      Pros

      The company culture is great. If you need time off there are no questions asked. They do weekly stand up meetings and have monthly sales goal lunches. They do turkey hand outs for thanksgiving, and ham for Christmas. They allow you to buy merchandise and let you pick what you want as far as a Christmas gift from the flyer

      Cons

      There are certain individuals that are protected by the higher ups and they can do no wrong. The constant need to everything as soon as possible really makes for an unrealistic project timeline

      - Culture - Travel in NA - Diverse Customer base in many different industries - Exposure to automation applications

      Cons

      Left a good job at another employer to join Mission. I was let go after 6 months due to an organization restructure given the lull in EV/Automotive markets. That is not how you treat people.
