Pros

Great place to work, good training, friendly coworkers, very cut-and-dry. If you can do the same thing day after day, I would 1000000% recommend it. I quit because I didn't think I wanted to do that, but I ended up at a similar firm and I would recommend MSE to anyone. They take amazing care of their employees.

Cons

A lot of work is repetitive, but that's ok if that's what you like!

Pros

A tight-knit team of high energy lobbyists, all of whom work together for the betterment of the firm. Everyone works as hard as they can, and all are capable of assisting others when the situation demands it. Work hard, play hard. These are some of the most effective lobbyists in the state, and it's clear why.

Cons

It's a tight-knit group, so you need to be talented and well-liked by just about everyone in order to make it in. It can be easy to get caught up in the work culture; if you're not careful, you'll find yourself working 60-80 hours per week.
