Pros

Mercor has been a great platform to work with. The onboarding process was straightforward, payments have always been made on time, and communication has been clear. I also appreciate the flexibility to work remotely and choose projects that match my skills. Overall, it's been a positive experience.

Cons

Project availability can fluctuate depending on client demand, and feedback on completed assessments or applications is sometimes limited. It would also be helpful to have more visibility into the selection process for new opportunities.
