Toxic culture and low morale drive employees away

Business outlook

Pros

Unfortunately there are none now

Cons

Like many of the other reviews say the culture has become totally toxic. Morale is exceptionally low, and logging on each morning feels more and more depressing every day. Leadership are totally out of touch from the reality of the organisation, while expecting more from fewer people as many people continue to resign every week. The business performance is worse week by week. Rather than addressing the underlying issues, the response is higher expectations, zero support and more wasted time. If you're looking for a workplace that invests in its people, listens to feedback and provides a sustainable environment to do your best work, it isn't here. Everyone on the ground is looking to get out ASAP.

Awful dictatorial CEO has created toxic culture and a failing business

Anonymous employee

Business outlook

Pros

Some genuinely talented and hardworking people remain in the business.

Cons

- The CEO’s style feels more like dictatorship than leadership. Decisions are made with little consultation, and differing perspectives are often dismissed rather than considered. - A lack of respect for employees from the CEO has created low morale, disengagement and a culture where people are increasingly reluctant to speak openly. - Strategic priorities change frequently, creating confusion and making execution difficult. - Good people continue to leave, taking valuable knowledge and experience with them. - Trust in the CEO has eroded significantly across the organisation. - The company has enormous potential, but it feels like it is being undermined by poor decision-making and a lack of self-awareness at the top.
