Pros

no pros especially for sales team, only plus is salary on time and health insurance

Cons

they take your mobile phones, working on Sundays as well if you don't reach target. The company boss is like dictator he has failed in all his previous startups and failing this company as well with his ideas no job security - well 75% attrition rate tells more than any thing they ask most of the employees to write reviews before they leave
