      Great management team who just sold the company without people loosing their jobs.

      Cons

      Change is not easy so moving to Mentice will not be easy, but beats unemployment.

      Pros

      Being closer to upper management than most, I see the constant effort that our two leaders put forth every single day (and most nights). Whether it's during working hours, from home, on vacation...they never quit. I admire their commitment and work ethic. They are always approachable and listen to what I have to say. No idea has ever fallen on deaf ears. They are the most strategic thinkers I've ever known.

      Cons

      The only con is reading some of the negative comments. I can only guess that this person (or persons) have no idea what management goes through every day. I know that I could not do what they do.

      Pros

      Since new leadership was installed the company has made enormous strides, company is delivering quality products and services. The place is no longer driven by 'high school" clicks.

      Cons

      Tired or "fake" posts from the same source with the same agenda.
