Masterworks moves fast - priorities shift quickly and there's real urgency to ship, which keeps things exciting. Employees are oftentimes given a lot of autonomy to own their work and make decisions. The senior team is constantly exploring and testing new ideas, so there's a genuine culture of experimentation rather than sticking to the status quo.

Cons

The fast pace means things can occasionally feel a little chaotic, and priorities can shift before a project fully wraps up. Because there's so much autonomy, it can take some time to find your footing if you're someone who prefers more structure early on.
