Awful management, emphasis on profit over patient care, no consideration given to work life balance. Would never recommend working here or being a patient at this organization. While the nurses and direct care staff are excellent and genuinely care for their patients, they are so overworked that it’s impossible to deliver care they way that it should be.

Culture of bullying that starts at the top. Nurses, aides, and social workers are treated like expendable workers, overloaded and working late and told to suck it up. The only people who stick around here have no where else to go, stay away. Incompetent and underqualified people get promoted and good people get pushed out, all they care about is money. Constantly sacrificing quality for short term gain, no wonder they're below 2 stars. Multiple incidents of entire offices resigning at once because of upper management bullying. Oh yeah they ditched their DEI program and replaced it with "cultural competence". Bad message to send to a diverse workforce.
