I worked at Mashreq full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Secured salary - Commission based opportunities (relatively okay bonuses) - Fairly clean work environment

    Cons

    - Daily threats of removal if targets are not achieved over 120% - Terrible management skills (Nepotism) - Work environment (staff and managers inappropriateness during calls) - Stress and work timings effect your health and mental well being which the managers do not seem to care about

    Advice to Management

When letting people go, it is better to let go those who unperformed rather than those who have potential in the bank. Change your entire management team to people with skill and knowledge or who can make good judgment calls. Stop Nepotism.

I worked at Mashreq full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

All seven days we need to work There is no leave concept Salary is good Psycho management No good infrastructure Who is working as consultant, they will treat them like slaves Higher management is good(Goutham, dheen, sesha, shoubik, amlan, Ali Hasmi)

    Cons

Seniors won't share the knowledge Always we need to depend on them There is no holiday policy All senior people are worst There is no proper documents for any process If any new member joined in any process senior people never share the knowledge In this thing higher management also not able to do any action in this

    Advice to Management

No one shouldn't have any dependency and managers don't aware of applications and criticalality of the process. Please provide some trainings to new managers Maintain good infrastructure Never ask employee to work on weekends They will also have families and they need to spend some time with family
