      Pros

      -Your voice and your role matters -Collaborative and creative environment -The company is starting to really grow so individual growth opportunities are beginning to present themselves.

      Cons

      -Very fast-paced environment which can be draining at times. -Small team so need to coordinate PTO with other colleagues. -Lack of 401K

      Pros

      Nice product, decent pay but held over your head every day . Interns and sales team is wonderful.

      Cons

      No trust, no training. The CEO speaks to you in a hostile manner everyday. Everyone lives in fear.. Very dysfunctional. Do not care about employees well-being. Benefits are terrible.
