I was working on a critical issue that was impacting a large number of users. I had been working on the issue for several hours, but I was unable to resolve it. I reached out to my boss for help, but he was dismissive and told me to "figure it out myself." I continued working on the issue, but I was still unable to resolve it. I reached out to my boss again, and this time he became angry. He accused me of being incompetent and told me that I was "holding up the team." I was very frustrated and upset by my boss's behavior. I felt like I was being scapegoated for a problem that was not my fault. I eventually resolve the issue, but it took me much longer that it should have because of my boss's lack f support.

This firm has the worst work culture. People are mean, fake, and lie blatantly for their own good. They will bring you down if they think it will benefit them. Please beware and avoid it if you can. The mental pressure and constant stress are not worth it.
