      Pros

      I enjoy working for Mann because everyone is inter-connected, I was in the office on my own last week for a day and I received three phone calls from different branches checking up on me to see if I was okay.. people I hadn't spoken to before which really pleasantly surprised me. Communication is really key in Mann, all the directors are constantly speaking to the branch managers so it always feels like everyone is communicating together and working towards the same goal.

      Cons

      Saturdays would be my con because obviously no one likes working Saturday but it is our greatest day for business.

      Great office colleagues, Job role is fun in itself, great training, great management

      Cons

      Does not pay good at all. Kpis are pushed very hard, commission structure is not rewarding at all. unless you progress to senior or more. Theres a £500 threshold you have to hit each month and if ur commission earned that month is under that, you don’t see it, they push you hard to book mortgage appointments, which you don’t earn much off. Cashing in expenses is a hassle. Role is good but company is not good to work for at all.

      Not supportive during a management change No manager in branch for three months leaving trainees on their own Micromanaged Unrealistic expectations
