Manhattan Review has an employee rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars, based on 38 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an excellent working experience there.
Even during COVID, I felt that the company truly cared about employees and supporting them within the organization, and was even concerned about the transition process for those who transitioned out in the past year. It felt good to have a company that cares so deeply about its employees, to the point where it even helped them leave the company if needed. You can tell that they care about the employees as individuals, not just as numbers in their books that help them make money. It’s refreshing.
Cons
Now that the company is shifting out of ‘crisis mode,’ they were having some difficulties with the aspects of what things from COVID that they want to keep in the long-run or not.
