Mango is a great company. My teammates are all very bright and intelligent. I love the work and the people. The product is excellent and is constantly improving.

Cons

We have an organizational structure that is unconventional and sometimes it is unclear who is accountable for people and projects that do not fit cleanly into the structure. It sometimes feels like there is too much to do and we don't have enough time or people to do it.

The company is really innovative. It has great products. The people that work here are passionate about what they do and are super talented. I feel really fortunate to be here.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment that gives a lot of responsibility to employees. I think it’s great, but it may not be for everyone.
