      I wish that we knew more about this situation. We have many employees that have been with us for 10+ years and several that have been here for 15+ years. Sometimes an employee doesn't work out which is rare but unfortunate.

      Supposedly will pay overtime (but you'll be lucky to get)

      Cons

      Can't get benefit information. They drop you immediately if there is no immediate work. Unprofessional and cheap. They treat contractors better than employees, so why be an employee??

      Sorry if someone in management dropped the ball in calling back. Certainly there are many more manager or partners to contact if you were concerned. Our benefits group is outstanding and I am surprised at this comment. We always pay for approved overtime but some clients require to stay at 40 hours or sometimes don't approve the extra hours. This is totally a client situation, not a fault of Main Sail.
