      Fast-moving, no bureaucracy, plenty of self-direction, yet also more organized than most firms of this size.

      Cons

      For people who prefer large company infrastructure such as organized review processes and significant HR support, MailChannels may underwhelm.

      Pros

      Humble and transparent management team. Lots of autonomy and freedom, but a sense of personal responsibility is shared by everyone. First rate co-workers; everyone is top of the class. Excellent work/life balance with a lot of flexibility.

      Small company problems: a little lightweight on process.
