Pros
The culture, the employee benefits, the time off, the competitive pay, great coworkers, great leaders, and most importantly, a company that’s focused on helping offer insurance benefits to teachers, police officers, and other city and county employees across the US. I would also say that this company has amazing tenure with their employees and a lot of opportunities for career growth while respecting a health work life balance.
Cons
One potential con I would consider is if you are not used to the insurance industry, it is fast paced and often changing. I think of this as a pro, however, not all may.
