      Poor Management of Finance Team

      Great company culture, youthful team and exciting growth of the company makes it a fun place to work

      Cons

      Incredibly high turnover of staff in the finance team due to management who operate a churn and burn culture. I was told more than once when raising issue with the conditions that it was an employers market and if I wanted to keep working there I would have to deal with it.

      Very undeveloped finance function. Clearly grew out of a very small team and still struggling due to lack of internal expertise. 100% turnover in my team.

      They pay alright with bonus, maybe not for the hours you put in

      Cons

      - A very compliant culture, if you don't follow a certain convention because of your personal beliefs or faith you will get outcasted - Most people are soulless within the business, very cold and unhappy - You are worthless to them, don't expect anything else and if you do get treated well, find out what the catch is - Better off to avoid, but if you've got nothing else on the table just get your experience, paycheck and run as soon as you can - Poor work life balance - Fake diversity and inclusion culture
