      Great managers, but low pay and strict standards

      Pros

      Great managers and immediate leadership that make you want to continue working for them. That being said the work load can be a lot and the pay sucks. But we work with a diverse range of people and talent. Also we do a lot of team bonding activities.

      Cons

      pay, no remote or hybrid schedule, oddly strict office standards.

      They are a stable organization with a unique position in the maritime industry. The work environment was generally professional, and I had the opportunity to learn about international shipping, compliance, and corporate registry operations. My colleagues were also knowledgeable and supportive.
