      For talkers they can progress and may become the next CEO

      Cons

      Discrimination , Endless meetings , So much talking no action , A cancerous HR department that is too big and promote a culture of talking and not acting !! Decisions recently that either is hugely stupid or deeply corrupt like the outsourcing contract with Accenture with their reputation in the market !!
